Community involvement

A native of Kensington, Maryland and a graduate of the University of Maryland, Scott Plank now calls Baltimore home. Through developments and real estate acquisitions, Scott and War Horse have strong roots in Baltimore and Scott is committed to enhancing and advancing communities throughout the city.

War Horse’s nonprofit entity has completed renovations of the Western Police District in Sandtown and worked on redeveloping the Hollins Market and surrounding community off Martin Luther King Boulevard in southwest Baltimore.
